These are the position types Ferguson Aquatics may recruit for. They are not a promise that every role is currently open; we welcome strong introductions from people who fit the work.
Support tear-outs, substrate preparation, material handling, jobsite protection and daily cleanup while learning how a commercial membrane project moves from shell to refill.
Install geotextile, reinforced PVC membrane, terminations and custom details at stairs, benches, gutters, drains, returns and other pool components.
Coordinate project documents, procurement, mobilization, schedules, field communication, progress records and closeout between Ferguson Aquatics and the broader project team.
Build relationships with owners, pool professionals, general contractors and facility teams while helping qualify renovation and new-construction opportunities.
The field environment
Our crews move between active commercial facilities, indoor natatoriums, outdoor pools and new-construction sites. The best fit is someone who respects the facility, the schedule, the rest of the project team and the details that will remain visible after the pool is filled.
