How it is used

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, prepare project discussions and maintain business records. Ferguson Aquatics does not sell form submissions or use them for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

Website hosting and form storage are provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. Transactional form notifications are delivered through Resend. These providers process information only as needed to host the website, preserve the inquiry and deliver it to Ferguson Aquatics.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are retained for legitimate business follow-up and recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
